Yes they do...if you look at ref Tommy Gilbert (Eddie's Dad)...he takes it out his pocket and runs it across Davey's forehead....hence the flow of blood ....blood packs dont keep running my friend....he was flowing ...and you can even see the ref out it back in his pocket....Ric Flair did it to Goldberg in the Hell In a Cell poat match verses HHH.....this is the 80'scar man....they dont use "blood packs" .....come on man

@tedeames never saw any blood until Terry Taylor pulled back his knee brace-never saw the referee get near Davy before the knee brace was pulled back-ref's don't carry blades

@ducheau100 Good eye, but "blood pack"? I think he cut him right there, but it's possible that he smeared something on him. You just don't hear about them using blood packs on the head like that. They usually just do that for bleeding from the mouth (usually a condom filled with some kind of blood mixture that they bite when it's time to spit blood). They use blades on the forehead. Tommy G definitely pulls something from his pocket & applies it to Haskins head, but I'd imagine it was a blade.

notice at 2:26 the referee pulls the blood pack from his pocket, then at 2:43 he applies it to Davey's head.
