wieder ein Choral.

πάλι έναν ύμνο τραγουδούν.
Κοιμήσου εν ειρήνη,
χλωμέ αδελφέ,
έχεις κερδίσει τώρα τη γαλήνη.
Μας άφησε ένας αδελφός,
απόθεσε στο χώμα το ραβδί του.
Και οι άλλοι
τραγουδώντας φέρνουν
το σκήνωμα στον τάφο.
Κοιμήσου εν ειρήνη,
χλωμέ αδελφέ,
έχεις κερδίσει τώρα τη γαλήνη.
Αχ! Φαντάζομαι, ετούτα
τα σκοτάδια θα τραγουδούσαν πένθιμα,
