Dane Cook's Brother Sentenced To Six Years For Embezzling Millions From Actor

Dane Cook's half-brother, Darryl McCauley, was sentenced to up to six years in prison for stealing from the comedian. McCauley pleaded guilty to charges of embezzlement. He reportedly wrote himself a check from Cook's check book for $3 million. The brother was Cook's business manager. Prior to this, McCauley worked as a corrections officer.

Dane Cook and Darryl McCauley are both sons of Donna Cook, who died four years ago.
