Bobby had this knack of getting the best out of good players. Ronaldo at Barsa, Shearer at Newcastle and Gazza for England all played their best when they played for Bobby. Great manager, great man.
As for Gazza it's difficult to know what to say. Just get professional help and hope for the best. It's never too late to turn things round.
