I think what Spicey2me was tying to do was metaphorical. "The bells, the bells, the bells..." is what Wanda Sykes says, she was talking about the confessions of all the priests that have molested children, and all "the bills, the bills, the bills..." the Catholic Church is paying out in all those lawsuits.

Just before this segment, Wanda is talking about priests from the Catholic Church molesting boys, and how they were in hot water again (of course, this is old, from John Paul II's era.
