Well I'm glad Ireland isn't the only place this happens. Clearly the English have to watch this shit happen as well.
There are road signs in Ireland with a picture of a horse and cart with a red line through it! ha!

It was right about the time of this recording that short of firing their guns to kill human or animal, there was actually fuck all the police could do short of shouting very discouraging messages over the tannoy.
Oddly enough, this proved ineffective.
