Wow! You're awesome. I eat all organic, non-dairy, non gluten etc. I haven't dated for years because I never thought I would find a mate that had simular beliefs. You are giving me hope to believe that dating is possible again, and that there are guys out there that are into being health conscious. By the way, thanks for the info on the soy stuff! Thanx -jv =)

Since I tried soy beverages a decade ago,I won't return 2 milk cuz it tastes foul and I get the runs if i drink more than a ¼ cup.But it's about it for me as 2 eating soy. I don't eat much processed crap anyway.Yet,I wasn't worried of the various form it could hide itself in my food.Now I'm worried about my jewels and the thyroid thing, it's like I got hit in d nutz and throat at the same time!Man, I'm stunned!

interesting stuff in there - thanks for sharing! I totally agree with you - a bit of fermented soy is ok, but people (especially vegans & vegetarians) tend to eat WAY too much...

yes Don't like soy but its hard to avoid cuz almost and some product today had a soy ingredient to it like some powdered milk some whey and food like noodles etc so im careful it has estrogenic effect so thats bad I'm building my body and i want to maintain my testo is its hard I think d best way to do is go organic and natural foods like sweet potatoes etc organic meat freshly make milk

I cant find a loaf of bread or a salad dressing or anything hardly without Soy, Soy blocks idodine from the thyroid and most people get thyroid disease by the time they are 30, this list goes on and on , on dangerous effects of soy. great video :)

how do you explain asian civilizations that been eating tofu for thousands of years? is their whole culture eating something this unhealthy?

THANKYOU! For once someone who says soy can be bad or good depending on what kind of soy you eat. Just like ANY foods, no matter how healthy they are you can only take so much before its unhealthy amount in your body.

1 liter of what? soy milk? if so, yes, i can explain... its a 3 letter word - starts with a G and ends with a D ... or you can say luck, or coincidence (but i prefer the first one) :)

...on the okinawan people, they have a high level of soy consumption in their diet with some of lowest rates of morbidity and mortality in the world, makes one think if soy is so bad why are these people so healthy?

I would love to sit and talk about ALLLLL the different stuff about soy, but due to people attention span, and the max length of these youtube clips I kinda gotta just make it quick, simple, and too the point. But maybe when I make the video about soy infant formula I'll through in some of your suggestions (and partly, I figure that if anyone cares that much they'd look it up)
My main goal with all this is to get people interested in their own health!

I am glad to see people caring about being healthy and wanting to help other, so I only want to support your efforts.
Couple of things, if you are supporting fermented soy products as being ok to consume, explain what the difference is between those and the ones you do not support, how does fermenting a soybean correct the laundry list of problems you state with most soy products?
Also, with regards to soy consumption, you might want to look at the epidemiological studies....

the reason the Okinawa people live long healthy lives is because they have been eating the same way for MANYYYY generations. bring them out of their town and to the United States and you'd see they start getting all the same health problems as nearly everyone that lives here...
they're also NOT consuming soy milk, yogurt, ice cream, tofu... they are consuming it in forms of miso, natto and tempeh.
