im level23 for most of my characters and im on disc 2 is that bad?

only if you die a lot .. but I doubt it unless you downloaded the difficulty patch

I been trying to get most of the achievements and that took my gameplay to 120+ hours. but first time I got to that end fight was about 40-ish hours

As soon as you work out how to max everyones job/class levels within like a hour per class (usually much less) the last boss battle was easy. I could double cast buffs to the whole group and do charged double attacks.
