All my life my father has been teaching me about the divine spiritual healing properties of marijuana. He taught me that marijuana was a gift from god for the healing and enlightenment of man and nations. He taught me that marijuana is divine and holy and the spirit of creation is present within marijuana. He taught me that marijuana can be used as a spiritual healer for prayer, meditation and yoga to attain enlightenment oneness with god. He taught me that the people in power are misusing our government did not have a right to prohibit marijuana because it was never a threat to the public health safety and welfare of the people. He taught me the declaration of independence declared our Independence from tyranny and oppression and declared the people sovereign over government and stated or rights come from god and nature and they are inalienable. The constitution and bill of rights were written to protect and secure are rights. The constitution was never meant to be a list to limited rights but rather a restriction on government to keep it from misusing, and abusing usurped power not delegated to the government by the sovereign people. He taught me that the government was lying about marijuana for political reasons and for corporate profit mainly by the pharmaceutical industry, petrochemical industry, lumber industry and now prison industry. He taught me that marijuana is harmless and is helpful and was reserved for grownups to use responsible for religious spiritual purposes. He taught me that marijuana cured many diseases and before it was illegal it was used successful in many medicines by many doctors, Medicine men and hospitals since ancient times. The government had proof and new in 1974 that marijuana oil cures cancer and the government destroyed all the research and covered it up and made all research that could prove the benefits of marijuana illegal. Even terminally ill people who could be helped by marijuana are denied access to it and doctors are told they will lose their license if they prescribe it. Radiation a known threat to public health and safety is forced on people and children with cancer who don't want it and know it is toxic and will kill them. There is scientific proof that radiation kills people but the government allows doctors to experiments on living people with chemotherapy in the name of science all for profit while denying people the right to natural god given herbs that work.
Modern science is now proving what the ancient always knew about the benefits of marijuana because research is being done in other countries. My father taught me that marijuana is really cannabis hemp which was used by many civilizations for many different things. The word marijuana was made up to deceive people into thinking it was something other than cannabis hemp which was a common herb being used for over 5000 years for medicine and other things. It was necessary for the evolution, development and survival of the world's religions, cultures and society. It was essential for food, rope, fabric, paper, medicine and religion. Marijuana can be use to extract and make the sacred holly anointing oil talked about in the bible and Torah. The sacred holly anointing oil is the most potent form of cannabis for spiritual healing and oneness with god. The sacred holly oil when taken internally heals your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It heals the whole body.

Does calling something "Absolutely unequivocally inaccurate" make it so? And if the answer is that the court never had a chance to determine this (if indeed it needs a court to do so) then why not take back the forced plea, void due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

The Supreme Court of New York has accepted the case on appeal. Where is NORML, MPP, or LEAP for these historic court events?
