@javiercaselli No problem. This tonnel is the problem, not alcohol. And this video is summer, but culture of driving and speed limit... To be honest I've seen in France and Italy that people droved drunk. More and more than in Russia. I think that drunk bear is stereotype of Russian people behavior. :)

@Vladimir3067 Sorry if I offended man. I meant it as a joke, what with those cars sliding on the frozen tarmac as if they were drunk. Never ment to imply that all russians are drunkards ;)
