Hey thanks so much for this! Also after I did my squats today the top left side of my left knee hurt a little when I would bend down or bend my leg. Is this from improper squatting or just from working out???

do i have to do it fast or slow?
because you have to train you FT muscles i heard that i have to make the exercises quick...but in this video he does it slow...
