I have had my machine for over a year and happy enough so far, prints are good, not had any real issues other than initial trial and error period. Support has been there where I needed it, all I need is a bit more work and I can leave my day job

extremely BAD customer service. Just called the company in Singapore Wan Teck Chiang Machinery Pte Ltd to make enquiry on the machine and got really put off by the hostile altitude of the boss.

DO NOT BUY THE DTG VIPER!!! Printer constantly breaks down. White ink clogs, rip software crashes, print quality poor, takes forever to print if you are printing on the highest quality (1440 x 1440) which is the only option if you want the print to look decent. Awful customer service. Check online forums, this printer is a real nightmare. Trust me, I have one. :(
