Claim God given right to live on your own land. And the comment below, sure we can have guns but the state and local governments don't allow you to "camp' on your own land without a permit. I was run off my land or the county was going to charge the note holder $2,100 in fines for camping, an outhouse, and inoperable vehicles (they weren’t, my lady's x-husband had flattened my tires and sent the county after me ).Totally ridiculous Nazi governments.
