Thanks for the beautiful explanation. the bread is quite good as are most products at F&E. You given me some good ideas for dinner and brunch and now I want to go buy some. Can you talk about your deserts too!

I lived in italy for three years and i must say that their bread at fresh and easy is very simliar as well as good. In fact my fiancee who was born and raised Italy likes them too. Although in Florence we normally dont but salt in our bread but it is very must the same. YUMMY!!! I love fresh and Easy can't wait for the new one in cypress, ca.
