The pirating problem is one that has existed since the times of cassette tapes (I am not old enough to remember much of it since I'm only 21) and will continue to exist for a long time to come. I personally do not support or condone piracy, but despite this I think that a lot of piracy tends to be free promotion for the content creator, and usually boost sales. I think that creeping on people should not allowed and people should be informed and be able to opt out. What is your opinion Annie?

i think if you're dumb enough to pirate a huge release and then go on xbox live, you shouldn't be too surprised if you face repercussions. as for the creeping, that would be an incentive to not buy a kinect. -AG

I don;t really care about them strictly enforcing their policy on pirates. When people pirate games and get caught it is their own damn fault.

I am a loyal Microsoft consumer, but seriously, if the next Xbox comes with a built in peeking Kinect, i'm switching over to whatever product Sony is coming out with; Or if the Kinect 2 is an add-on again, guess what? I ain't buying it... Again! Personally, i don't have anything to hide, but i mean come on.
