Much of our brain is at rest at any given moment. The thing would get fried if it was going 100% all the time. But it's wrong to say we only use 10-20% and if we could tap into the other 80% we could float and shoot lasers out our butts. We use all of our brain but not all at once.

There is absolutely no way to measure how much of the brain is being "used". People who claim that "people use only this and this much of their brains" do not know what they're talking about.
