What's funny is that McQueen was 28 when he played this role as a teen and you can see the lines in his face. This is a great movie. The remake in the 80s is good too, but I like this one better. Especially the opening theme song. lmao

I Agree. Recents horror movies are ridiculous. Like, "Jennifer's body" or "Saw".

Actually "House of 1000 Corpses" and "The Devil's Rejects" are the only recents Horror movies that i like.

"The Blob" aired on TCM, October 25, 2009! This is Steve McQueen's first starring role in a film. In 1958 his top billing read as Steven McQueen for the first and only time. I recorded this movie on my TiVo.
