Compose a thank you letter after a job interview with tips from a management and sales trainer in this free video series on career information.
Expert: Gloria Dixon Campbell
Bio: Gloria Dixon Campbell has an executive MBA in management from the University of South Florida, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of West Florida.
Filmmaker: Christopher Rokosz
Great advice! Question: Since employers tend to conduct telephone screening interviews and skills testing at a meeting session prior to the actual interview, is it appropriate to send a thank you letter after either of these sessions?

I think it depends on the industry. If it's for a stationery company, or a fountain pen company, by all means use a handwritten letter. If it's for a tech job, you might want to go with Email.
By the way, it was nice that this video was closed captioned -- thanks, eHow!
