  • Great advice! Question: Since employers tend to conduct telephone screening interviews and skills testing at a meeting session prior to the actual interview, is it appropriate to send a thank you letter after either of these sessions?

    I think it depends on the industry. If it's for a stationery company, or a fountain pen company, by all means use a handwritten letter. If it's for a tech job, you might want to go with Email.
