when i click the link then go to 2.3.7 it says to download a tmobile tower and rom. when i click to download rom, i get a huge list of different links. which do i choose?

I just installed the latest version on my phone from you video and instructions and it worked out flawlessly. This is the first time i have done this and i was wondering if this is the NAND version or the sd?
