AGP Revolving Doors - Safety Features

To fully comply with the Australian Standard for automatic doors, AS5007:2007, a revolving door must be designed with safety features that will prevent a door from hitting an obstruction. All AGP revolving doors are fitted with a range of infrared safety sensors (see left), which will detect an obstruction and slow the door
speed accordingly, before stopping completely if required.

As this video shows, these safety sensors work well in all scenarios, even under attack by a gang of excited children!
