this guy really isnt seeing the governors intentions.... the governor and the president are both aware of the crisis, the thing that would save the u.s. the most money is to pull out of the middle east, which will probably enslave the people of afghanistan again, but we have our own problems

its a perfectly legitimate question as to whether expensive drugs should be given to terminally ill people to prolongue their life for just a few months. If we are talking about lung cancer then it would not be a long time we can be certain of that. And don't forget it was probably caused by smoking. So yes, legit question when the money could be better spent elsewhere.

if you increase property taxes across the board, that extra cost will go into everything, and will hurt the poor and middle class more than the rich. the rich people's assets are not all in property, but most of the middle classes is, and the increase in rents will hit the poor

Is it even possible that a union can make a company go into bankruptcy? Or am I trying to reach too far. But anyway CEOs should always be responsible for a company even if they cannot control union demands.

Why does the government only need to tax the rich? Couldn't they tax the middle class and poor and get more money to make the dollar even stronger?
I guess any country with high taxes or something like a communist country like China will have a strong currency. To make our currency even stronger we need to become communists. Yes, your argument makes sense.

The strengh of the dollar comes from the governents ability to taxs the rich. In other word what the rich have in assets and goods and tech is what makes the dollar strong. and the gov ability to take it away.

They need to be held responsable for there gov. actions. If you don't taxes the rich and just keep barrowing money no one will care how its spent. If the rich are taxed they will see that the money is spent wisely or they will know that there taxes will increase
