Time ago professional divers had few similar things. Heated water wet-suit, heated isolating layer dry suit etc. Even today I think they use some. Now, they've figured out one problem - they started putting a lot of trust in the suits and were doing things usually the wouldn't - but when the heat is gone then they are in BIG trouble :) I wonder, if here is the same thing ... though, I'd buy one now now if I was north...
