Det vet väl alla jägare och även icke jägare att om första skottet tar i hjärt/lungregionen är djuret dött..delvis går inte att rädda med andra ord. Men i detta fallet tycker jag ett huvudskott "framifrån" borde varit det mest lämpliga sättet att använda...då det syns att djurets krafter avtar, men allt för långsamt. Betänk detta nästa gång vid jakt..annars gör bra hund!=)

@yole456789 it was a CLEAN SHOT, here in scandinavia you dont get considered a better hunter becouse you shoot an animal in the head from 200 yeards, here we only do SAFE kills. A shot aimed for the head/neck could just likely end up in a jaw shot, not verry clean right?

@yole456789 That was a clean deadly shot. The animal was killed and did not ruin the meat at all. I don't know what is a clean shot to you. American way is like "GOOD SHOT, THAT WAS A CLEAN HEAD SHOT WOOOOO, NICE JOB DUDE"... No, we don't do that. We just kill the animal and that's it, and shooting through lungs or heart is always a deadly shot.

@WABUDDY2 Don't know where you're from, but for example here in Finland that is a shot that is supposed to shoot the moose. Right through lungs or heart. Doesn't ruin the meat at all. Shooting through lungs or heart is always a deadly shot. And the area is much more bigger to aim at than head..
