This video offers a peek behind the scenes of a large art transport. Seven works by Salvador Dalí from the collection of Museum Boijmans van Beuningen are being temporarily loaned to the Palazzo Reale in Milan for an exhibition about Salvador Dalí. One of these is the triptych 'Landscape with a girl skipping with a rope' from 1936, which was specially restored for this exhibition. You can see how carefully the gigantic work is taken inch by inch into the museum. A job for real professionals. Watch the video about the restoration of the triptych.
