STP is awesome (i love stp, seen them at least 6 times, have all their music, 30+ live shows, listen to them every day), but VR is just better. Check Scott's stage appeal and their performance when he is playing with VR, not even his energy then, but his vocals. They really helped him clean up at times and his vocals and energy on stage is unbeatable.

STP kills VR. Anyway, Slash and Duff shot down all rumors of them coming back together as VR with Weiland. Slash has big plans to do his solo band thing with Myles Kennedy, they're doing a whole new album together if you didn't know. Plus, STP is working on a new album and have big plans for the 20th anniversary of Core coming up. They all have other band priorities these days. STP is much better than VR in my opinion anyway.
