yes you schould, it's the best of the games considering story and gameplay. well ist depends the classes in lotro are all a bit different to the ones in other mmorpgs

@myemptyplace well he "stole" a major part of his work from Norse mythology but also from many other mythologies (namely Greek and alot of other weird old Brittanic things). Although a lot of the lotr terms get kind of corny after you realise how many are connected to Norse Myths.

@Epicz300 LOTRO is bombed with enough quests, for example my own level 35 hunter. i have 3 zones where i can go and only need 1 of them to get enough levels.... veteran wow player here.. played for 5 and half year (bought it the day it was released) but lotro is way better in lore,pvp,story,leveling and end game pve

@Epicz300 I used to play WoW back in 2005-06 but when Lotro came out I quit and played that instead. First of all the graphics are much better are more varied and if you have DirectX 10 the graphics can be adapted to that and even more improved. Also the quests and classes are much better than in WoW and there is a better storyline, the main questline is mostly instanced puts you right in the middle of the whole trilogy and is well exectuted.

I am a wow player and have been playing it for 3 years. Im starting to get really sick of it and im on the search for new mmo's i tried aion and i loved it but I just felt it was way to grindy. For lotro... are there lots of quests, instances, and pvp to do? Is it full of content? because i love the whole storyline of lord of the rings. Used to be a real lotr fanatic a few years back.

I can't decide between a burg, a champ or a capt. I leveled with my bf as an RK and got to 41 (so far) and decided I absolutely hate the class cuz it's mainly a heal in fellowships...So it's like completely behind the scenes and not up doin the damage. But burg does damage and champ does....I just like capt cuz that's the only class I can imagine havin a long sword lol....I can't picture a champ with one....Anyone have any suggestions?

hm... try a captain, lore master, or hunter :) guardian if you really want to tank.
