First, this work is a masterpiece, one of the best ever written... I consider almost impossible it sounds bad when played by any professional concert pianist.
Second, W. Horowitz made a very good performance on this work, but I don't think this version was the best, for me Arrau is the best on this work.

It is an absolutely amazing song and I love it. But I'd have to disagree with you on nobody composing anything better. Work by Howard Shore on movies such as The Lord of the Rings are pretty amazing orchestra pieces. This is still an amazing song and piano pieces are amazing. But that is all I have to say.

back in chopins time, when there were no ipods, no tvs, no playstations, going to a chopin concert like this was probably the most beautiful thing u could have done. (i think).
