How difficult is it to surrender to the IRA? Not at all difficult. And anyway it was John Major who surrendered, so Hain cannot claim the "credit" for that.

I have to say, it was amazing to see Gerry Adams and Ian Paisley sitting together at a table.
I hope we stay under British rule as the south cannot afford us. A teacher I know said she was teaching in the south and some of the childern had no shoes or socks on their feet - and the south has one of the fastest growing and wealthy economy in the world. Disgusting.

How did they solve Ireland's effective status as a third-world country, crippled and riddled with filth and self-destroying zeal? Sell it to American blue-chip companies who single-handedly made it rich.
