A behind the scenes look at the production of Guiding Light, aired on the "Our Home" show on Lifetime channel, in 1996. Jerry verDorn can be seen, briefly, in a rehearsal with Kurt McKinney, Toby Poser, and director Bruce Barry. Interviews with Robert Newman, Kim Zimmer, Cynthia Watros, Michael O'Leary, Kurt McKinney, and Lisa Brown.
Cynthia Watros was a revelation on this soap as Annie Dutton, driven to the brink by Josh and Reva's passion. One of the most powerful and riveting television performances of all time.

@jezzfan33 Buwahahah! There's a ton of gay actors on soaps! Maybe not in this particular clip, but in general, yes.

Great backstage peek! Glad Rick came back, but they sure wasted Nola. I was so excited when I heard Quola was coming back & they ruined it. This Marah was terrific!

Has anyone noticed that there're gobs of good-looking, normal, talented straight men in soaps? Way more than in movies. Cynthia W. is sweet and funny beyond belief!
