Hi, my name is Operational 117.
This glitch was discovered totally by random: when I were messing around with the "Hic" (Always Drunk) cheat, and a female preacher gave me a gift. At first nothing worked. The cheat was still on, but I were behaving like I were sober! Turning it off and on resulted in this: Shifting between being drunk and sober!
Made for some hilarious scenes while I were messing around with this new-found glitch! I have come to dub it: "The Alcoholic Borderline".
How I did it:
Had the "Hic"-cheat on when the female preacher offered a gift. Accepted it, and I expected to come out as a drunk idiot, but came out sober. Decided to check the cheat, but it was still on! Turned it off then back on, which made me go drunk bananas, switching between standing sober and standing drunk (and while running, switching between running and stiffening up, falling over fast)!
I think it happens because the game can't decide whether I should be drunk or sober, switching between those two states of mind once between every 1/4 to 2/3 second. Also noticable because you can't do stuff like whistling for your horse or jumping, which is pretty much how it is when you're drunk (though it seems like you can mount horses, you can't... you just stop in front of them and do nothing but stumble (you can still move, though)). Also, you can only access your inventory when you're in the sober state (though you can't deploy a camp, even outside a town, settlement and gang hideout).
Also, if you save the game when you're in this pseudo-drunk state, you'll essentially lock up in a jetman-position, suddenly turning ragdoll at the same interval, moving the way you push your left stick. Turning "Hic" off then back on revert you to this pseudo-drunk state.
The same thing happens when you defeat someone in a duel challenge, except you get locked up in a normal pose. Switching "Hic" off then back on solves this problem, though not the other.
And for the console? Xbox 360 (which may explain alot).
I don't know if it'll happen EVERY time you do the procedures I described above, or if it's just blind luck.
If you activate this cheat can u turn it off?

@MrLilalvin10 Yes, though you won't disable the achievement-lock..
