All of this reminds me of Randy Powell's "Vortex Based Math" system, where he claims that all matter is constructed with the numbers 1 - 9, and that the number 9 governs, or regulates all the others, whereas the numbers 3, and 6 are polar opposites of each other.

It's an interesting concept, but sadly his videos are kind of boring. I recommend you check it out to get the basics of it.
