Dimebagvision I doubt your any sort of an mma fighter. You've probably taken a few classes at some shitty gym. If you were a legit athlete and mma fighter at some point your probably would be lifting weights similiar to the way layne does. I fight at 185 But I barely cut any weight so I constantly am powerlifting as well as other fighters I train with who have and our fighting in the UFC and WEC and the likes. Lifting weights is part of being an mma fighter dipshit!

Bodybuilding, MMA, and boxing are 3 completely different sports. Have some respect for other sports, like bodybuilding, that don't feel the need to get in the missionary position for 3 minutes while beer-bellied males cheer them on.

i don't. I did 405 for 16 on squats last saturday. It's just that I only tend to tape the lower rep stuff as I would think watching someone lift lighter weights for 15-20 reps would get boring
