Layne Norton performing front squats with 385 lbs for 5 reps. A little fast on the way down but overall I was happy with the set. I mean to throw up the devil horns after the set... but ended up doing the westside symbols. DOH!

  • why do u always do low reps?

  • i don't. I did 405 for 16 on squats last saturday. It's just that I only tend to tape the lower rep stuff as I would think watching someone lift lighter weights for 15-20 reps would get boring

  • Wait, front squats 405 x 16?! Good Lord don't say thats true Layne. If so, you are truly a superfreak of some sort.

  • no, regular squats

  • Just out of curiosity, why not use a clean style grip? Thanks.

  • Is that a suit under the shorts? Just wondering.

lol, i just don't like MMA fanbois who think they can fight the entire world when there's elite soldiers worldwide who can end someones life with 2-3 moves. Is that so wrong?

  • @DimebagVision I love how you talk about having respect for other sports, then trashtalk MMA, a sport that you seem to have very little experience with.

  • Dimebagvision I doubt your any sort of an mma fighter. You've probably taken a few classes at some shitty gym. If you were a legit athlete and mma fighter at some point your probably would be lifting weights similiar to the way layne does. I fight at 185 But I barely cut any weight so I constantly am powerlifting as well as other fighters I train with who have and our fighting in the UFC and WEC and the likes. Lifting weights is part of being an mma fighter dipshit!

  • @RN1204 i dont think hes a body builder, i think he's power/strength

  • @devilMiro

And you sound like a typical internet MMA fanboi who thinks he could 'deck' anybody. It also sounds like you shield your insecurity with that sport by using it as a defense mechanism.

Bodybuilding, MMA, and boxing are 3 completely different sports. Have some respect for other sports, like bodybuilding, that don't feel the need to get in the missionary position for 3 minutes while beer-bellied males cheer them on.

  • @DimebagVision i never said otherwise, but mma fighters, along with most fighters such as boxers, see the feebleness in what this fucktard is doing when he is just lifting weights. he looks like a spastic, and you sound like a spastic. keep trying to justify his retarded mentality if it makes you sleep better. but know that i would deck the both of you in a cage or in a street fight. infact mma training opens your eyes to the exploitability in a no rules fight. now shush when u r clueless idiot.
