Age that Chevy about seven years and I would be a very happy gal, lol.

back then one of the few part-time jobs a high school kid could have was a grocery store sacker..that's when people could drive up & u would put the groceries in ther car, that was the closest we would get to a close up look at those kind of cars, unless of course your dad was a car salesman or owned a Chevy dealership..LoL

That was the last finned and chromed Jet Age styled Chevy Impala, as Chevy had entered the Muscle Car era in 1961 with the introduction of the 409 Super Sport as well as a total redesign of that car trimming the chrome and the overall size of that car while increasing the engine horsepower.
