In a way, I'm sad to see this go. I would always constantly stare at this place going by. My grandparents live across from it. They actually had an escapee run into their house one time. All the stories I've heard of that place is crazy! Always wanted to go and check it out but at the same time I'm like fuuuucccckkkk that lol

Home sweet home. I lived there for many years before they put us back on the streets to leave us for dead and closed there doors. They gave us lots of LSD I suppose for experiment or tests. You cant get a prescription for it so I guess the FDA or whoever did not approve it. The good old days

@stillrob420 One of the best is Traverse City. Always loved the one in New England. To bad so many have been torn down.

i broke in there years ago when they were filming " in dreams "
a really creepy place on the inside it is a shame they took it down

@Serialstoner NO- Cider House Rules was filmed at Ventfort Hall in the Berkshires. Not sure about In Dreams.

I went to Mount Holyoke, but I never got to see the place before it was destroyed.
