Recorded by Tony Bennet - 1961, Dorothy Squires - 1970 and Tom Jones 1971. My old copy has a picture of a very young Russ Conway , the Spiel on the front says recorded by Russ on Colombia Records. It does not feature in the Guiness Book of Hit Singles attributed to Russ Conway. Maybe someone out there has the record to post on You Tube. I don't know what tempo Russ would have used - probably not a latin one. I think it fits ok.
@Tonytube910 It is indeed a Bolero, one of the Latin Rhythms built into my old keyboard. All the best Rhythms come from Cuba - You have told me before. I also love latin tempos. David

@OldGringo38 Hi from the Uk. How are things going in the lone star state. It's only oldies like you and me can remember these tunes from yesteryear.

Hi David. I don't know this song, but I love this music. It sounds like an authentic bolero --one of my favorite rythms (by the way, it is a Cuban rythm). Great arrangement.
Best regards,
Tony
