I hust wanted to say thank GOD for women like you! I've been trying to explain hair growth to the black women around me. I defenitly will take what you've said and use it. I cut my hair when I was 17, and I'm at a great place with my hair now. I'm 20 and my goal is to get my hair to be the length of your hair now. I'v e got at least 4-6 inches to go and I'm so excited! Your hair will not break off and thin on the ends if you stopped getting the blow outs. That is too much heat on your hair at one time. If you stopped that your hair would thicken up a little more even though you already have fine hair texture. : )
