Finger In The Pie (work in progress)

This is dedicated to Slub who introduced me to Suni McGrath - listen to the Sunflower Suite. The title is a reference to Peter Finger, I think I've 'borrowed' a riff from of one his tunes. I think It has the feel of Eric Satie about it.

Very beautiful guitar piece John! I do hear some influence from one of Eric Satie's

@slubberde Thanks very much, the tuning is actually Open Gm (DGDGBbD), which gives it that rather melancholic colour. I have a old recording by Peter Finger called Acoustic Rock Guitar, or something like that, and he uses this tuning. This is a few melodic themes that seemed to fit quite well together. I know what you mean about Eric Satie - I love his music and there's definitely an echo here.
