Training for myself and "Sampler 5: Old Dog - Before I'm Dead". I've been out of serious training for about 3 or 4yrs. I have a goal to put out at least one more official sampler. I'm working towards getting better than I am now and better than I ever was in the past. *glasses up* *clink*
