I'd have to say this piece is harder technically.....this piece requires your hands to be completely independent of each other..especially at the end...the chopin etude has chords in one hand and rapid scales in the other, or in both

Don't judge whether which is more technically difficult. Judge the music to whether it sounds good. In this case, it sounds good, so it is good.
