Fadel Shana killed by Israeli tank

This is footage Fadel Shana took of the very tank that shot and killed him. The US financed Merkava tank fired a flechette, an anti personell shell at the camera man. Fadel who was wearing a bright orange jacket with TV on it filming next to a marked SUV with TV printed all over it.
Israel claims the tank crew acted appropriatly as they suspected Fadel was holding an ANTI TANK MISSILE INSIDE HIS CAMERA!!!!
What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a total discrace and more point blank evidence of the Israeli Army KILLING civilians.

Why is the International Community allowing this to happen?

If you stand with a shoulder mounted camera, 1.5 miles away from a tank, don't expect to not get hit. That tank crew had no idea if that was an RPG or a camera. Natural selection at its finest.

@talkron300 It was a Flechette round fired from the tank. Which is basically a giant shotgun round. So the "shrapnel" was the actual shot.

@TheBassofmike How would the video be fake in the full clip you see the destroyed truck and dead people either way they were fired on by some sort of explosive shell or rocket and that hit the left side of the car and killed the people around it with mostly shrapnel

@TheBassofmike actually on a video you can see on youtube you can see that there were people dead from shrapnel more then 30 feet away and people close to the vehicle had their limbs ripped up the round hit the truck or very close to it
