Wow, she looks amazing. I love her voice is so pleasent to listen, and that's weird in a soprano. She's also an amazing performer, better than Adele in my opinion.

I was also thinking the same thing, but after seeing more recent pictures and videos of her (BBC Live lounge), her nose looks like it a couple of years back.
I'm not entirely sure but it may have something do with her make-up and hair cut.
Watch her singing Let the sun shine, her nose looks normal in that video.
She may have had a nose job, but i don't think it looks any different in more recent pictures and videos.
