  • Hey Dr Nancy,

There doesn't seem to be evidence-based modern homeopathy that I can find. HOw about showing us some evidence? Or better yet show The Amazing Randi and win yourself a million dollars!

And nan0-medicine? Really? Well at least you didn't say quantum...

  • You guys rock!!!!! Your video is one of the best of the 10^23 2011. Loved the idea of the homeopathic bar. Superb!

  • Sorry -- I see it's already been done. :(

  • To bring homeopathy into the 21st century, it will henceforward be called, NanoMedicine".

  • @DrNancyMalik

In Addition, the term "nano-medicine" poor in substantiating Homeopathy.

A Medicine is something that treats or prevents or alleviates the symptoms or causes of disease. As mentioned earlier, there isn't robust evidence for this - nor even the mechanism that Homeopathy claims that it works.

Homeopathy is not a Nano-Medicine because it IS NOT a medicine; it can't even claim to be nano, as there are NO active ingredients.

A more appropriate label is "non-medicine".

  • @DrNancyMalik

    Hi Dr. Malik!

It's interesting that you used the Acronym CAM, which is more attributed to Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) - rather than using Allopathy (A made up word by the inventor of Homeopathy).

Unfortunately for Homeopathy, the Body of Evidence clearly demonstrates no effect greater than placebo.

Conventional Medicines (Medicines that are made and proven to be efficacious SIGNIFICANTLY beyond Placebo) all contain active ingredients; Homeopathic preps do not.

  • @skepticbros - She spams this semi-;literate and vacuous comment everywhere. And she is not even a doctor.
