  • Thanks, this was well done for 1941. No wonder Jules Dassin was nervous filming as the logistics couldn 't have been easy. Every scene had to be filmed twice with a stand in. What could be better than Conrad Veidt? Two Conrad Veidts.

  • @MinorKeyDancing I find it very interesting, too. Connie was extraordinary in those dual roles that he played over his long film career.

    I wouldn't be too hard on him, Hugo, my friend. Even in the most devouted of families, very few brothers announce their intention to visit by way of Break-in and Entry.
