Gimme a fucking break. Not trend setting enough for you? Because we all know those trail blazing boys from Arcade Fire are the real music geniuses. Or maybe those nice ditties by Vampire Weekend float your fancy? Hey, let me guess, LCD soundsystems are the Mozarts of our time?

Urlaub in Polen makes good music. Damn good music. They deserve way more accolades than they get. They're just as good if not better than the mainstays of electro-indie-punk-whatever-wh­atever rock music.

@Rampensau24 Dude, they are supercool as for a German band, but average in comparison to what is going on in the world. Don't get me wrong, it's a good direction for German music, but it's too early to open your champagne.

This is still following trends, not setting them. The last real trendsetter from Germany was Kraftwerk (like them or not, I'm just stating a fact). And I ask why people don't know that band?

One of Germany's most underestimated bands. They have been around for years and IMHO there's noone that does what they do. Oh, and their concerts are just mind-blowing. Go and see one, if you have the chance. I really hope that they someday will get more international recognition.
