Not long ago we held a workshop at Ala Moana Beach Park.
Most of these people had never tried parkour ever before. This was their first taste of parkour.

A friend of ours was kind to make this vid for us.

  • man why did you walk like animals?? does it help somehow?is it a kind of training or what?it's my first time seeing something like that ..... pls respond i wanna really know why :D

  • @Partufas Walk like animals? Crawling? Its good for you shoulders, legs and core, not to mention stimulates left and right side of brain since you have to coordinate by using different side of your body while in motion.... btw we are animal ;) But we have lost our ability to move or react in as one in terms of movement when it come to an emergency and what not. Its movement at its primal.
