I made this today and it was a disaster :( Najat, do you know what could possibly went wrong?
During the 20 min on high heat, the pot over boiled. Then the onion and tomatos burned and made the whole thing taste and smell like burn :( :( :( I would usually cook it just like I cook rice; when it boils, I put it on low heat and let it simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours.

First of all,am really sorry for this.Secondly,don't give up.Your pot is possibly small for the amount you cooked,and if it's not heavy bottomed it would burn.Try to watch it next time, if all your liquid evaporated,add more boiling water,and shake the pot frequently.
