The expo center of biggest metropolis of the country was full of lights and glooming with celebrities last night (17-8-2011) when the 10th anniversary of well-known Lux style awards 2011 held there.
After national anthem show was given a delightful start with host former VJ Mahira Khan one who got fame from the famous latest Pakistani cultural and artistic creation "BOL". Accompanied by her partners from famous TV programs the show moved on with disclosing various categories and nominations one by one.
The show also paid tribute to the famous comedian and élite artist Moin Akhtar who passed away few months ago.
The show had 10 categories for fashion nominations and several others.
Andaleeb Rana, editor, XPOZE wore a linen dress on red carpet last night designed by NU, a Turkish designer, looking very chic. She earlier tweeted :
And the decision has been made!! It shall be a beautiful Irish linen dress by my favorite Turkish designer/label #Nu!!!Phewwwww!!!
Film star Meera was wearing a white and silver sari, adding it with some beautiful big ear-rings.
Perwani was outfitted informally for the occasion, tiring a pair of jeans and a shirt.
