Siberian Kittens

My cat, Mickey has 2 new members in her family - 2 Siberian kittens. You judge whether they are gorgious cuz I think they are.

Hello Ithandir, what a privilege you have in having so beautiful little things as your kitties as part of ur family! :) You have no idea how many people envy you :P

I have some questions about Siberian kitties for you: Do you need to keep the temperature of your home low all year round? Do they have a problem with Summer or high indoor temperature? Thanks for ur time in advance :)

@kwokshsee their names are Pony, Tiki, Shugi and Sigi. I don't watch the temperature - on really hot days we often turn the air conditioning on for us. we haven't had any need to keep temperature a watch for the kittens. but it depends where you live - we dont get more than 30-33C indoors on average.. they are defined as "half long fur" so as far as i know they shouldn't have any problems. but im no authority on that :)

ive had a siberian for one year and we just got another at 3 monthes old. the 3 month old adjusting. when do you think the one year old's jealousy will wear off?

@HannahMayJune i dont know much about jealousy. our second cat is our first ones son - they seem to get along (they fight at times, but its nothing serious). basically, they should learn to get along eventually.

I really want a siberian! Do you think that they would have enough of a lack of the chemical to allow my father to tolerate his cat allergies? D: I don't want to risk my dad's life! His throat literally closes up until he cannot breathe anymore! It's horrible:(

@JoeWalkerxoxo id say two things. first of all let him pet one before you buy it, and second, theres an antidote to cat allergy - im taking it right now (theres pills for temporary use and there's shots that make you immune almost permanently).

@JoeWalkerxoxo siberian cats are hypo-allergenic, which means they are slightly allergic but not alot

ill tech you some thing, you are NOT allergic to the cats fur you might be allergic to the sence that the cat makes,

siberian cats have a very low sence and would be very good for you.

And the reason you might sneeze is because tinny parts of there fur go into your nose and tickles.
