Short answer, you pay less than the dealer does for the car after your rebates....when the program was in effect. There are similiar programs called X-Plan, "A" and "D" plan for employees of Ford Affiliated Compainies (ex: UPS, and Fedex). This program was the "A" plan pricing which was corporate Ford's pricing level, which is lower than a Ford dealer's em[ployees could get the car for in most cases (if not the same).

Employee pricing... what a joke. I used to sell cars. I would rather have the customer pricing (when successfully haggled) than the employees.
