Week 12: Hilliard Darby 16, Groveport-Madison 3

Game synopsis:

Hilliard Darby shuts down Groveport-Madison 16-3, to move on to the Regional finals against Dublin Coffman.

Darby's defense was the key, the Cruisers were unable to run or throw the football, as linebacker B.J. Machen and company punished Groveport. Groveport-Madison was able to move the ball on their second possession but fell short after Darby stuffed running back Nick Goodrich for a 5-yard loss. The Cruisers settled for a field goal, their only points of the evening.
